Shipping policy

Most Pegboard accessories and Gobo orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Certain products, such as the Museum cart, require a longer processing time and will be noted in the Product Page description. We will also be in contact with you during that time. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing and handling times are separate from shipping times.

During the holiday season, please expect potential delays due to a high volume of orders and longer shipping times from the delivery company.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. We mainly use Fed Ex Ground for shipping. Taxes will also be displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Gobonomics is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
